Q: What is the MOQ? A: Generally there is no MOQ requirements for samples .For the quantity order of capacitive touch screen , usually the MOQ is 1kpcs . If customers only have several hunreds pcs , we will try to arrange mass production with other customer’s order .but lead time maybe a little long.
Q: What about the delivery time? A: For samples ,usually within 1 week . for quantity order 500sets+ , around 4 weeks
Q: Does your product have any warranty? A: Yes, we offer 12 months warranty for our products. Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.
